Foot & Match privacy policy
This privacy policy defines and informs you about the way in which Sport Tek, in its capacity as controller, uses and protects the information you impart when you use the footandmatch.com website and the digital mobile application Foot & Match (hereafter the “Platform”).
Sport Tek may amend or add to this privacy policy at any time. The date of its revision will then be expressly specified. These amendments are binding on you as soon as they are put online and we advise you to consult them regularly.
By using the Platform you expressly consent to our privacy policy, of which you declare having full cognizance.
1. Information gathering
Sport Tek gathers information when you register on the Platform. The information gathered includes your full name, age, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number, the club in which you play (optional).
Moreover, we receive and automatically save any information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, when you log in to the Platform.
We keep this data solely for the time corresponding to the end purpose of the gathering, as indicated in clause 2 below, which in any event cannot exceed 24 months.
If you log in to our services using the social network functions available to you, Sport Tek will have access to certain data (notably your first name, last name, photograph, e-mail address and number of friends) from your account on the said social network, in accordance with the latter’s general terms of use. Certain personal data is also likely to be gathered when you interact with features of these social networks, such as “I like” features. Generally speaking, Sport Tek may gather the personal information you have indicated as “public” and accessible from your social network profile.
2. Use of information
All the information we gather from you may be used to:
• Personalize your experience on the Platform and respond to your individual needs
• Provide personalized advertising content
• Improve our Platform
• Contact you by e-mail
• Enable and improve the interaction with external platforms and social networks
This treatment is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations and it is founded on our legitimate interest in providing relevant content to you.
3. Confidentiality
Sport Tek is sole owner of the information gathered on the Platform. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for commercial purposes without your consent.
However, this data may be entrusted to subcontractors for proper performance of the services proposed or to third parties responsible for the management and/or functioning of the Platform, who are on no account authorized to use your data for purposes unrelated to the strict scope of their brief, or to sell, exchange or transfer your data to third parties.
Your personal data can only be disclosed by enforcement of a law, regulation or court ruling.
Your non-private data, in other words any data that does not enable your identification, may be provided to third parties, notably for statistical, marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Protection of information
We employ a variety of security measures to protect the safety of your personal information. We use encryption at the cutting edge of technology to protect the sensitive information transmitted online. We also protect your information offline. Only employees who need to perform a specific task (for instance, invoicing or customer services) have access to identifiable personal information.
We assure you that any service provider or subcontractor we may employ in connection with the gathering and processing of the data you send us has shown appropriate guarantees in terms of data confidentiality, usage and protection.
The computers and servers used to store identifiable personal information are kept in secure surroundings.
5. Right of access, rectification and opposition
You have the right to access, restrict, rectify and oppose the use of your personal data sent to the Platform.
Any request to that effect must be sent to the Platform’s data controller at the following address: Sport Tek, 56 avenue Aristide Briand, 92120 Montrouge or by sending an e-mail to contact@footandmatch.com .
In view of our security and confidentiality obligation in the processing of personal data, any request must be accompanied by the photocopy or scan of your identity papers (ID card, passport, driving licence).
We will answer you within no more than one month of receiving your request.

6. Policy on the use of cookies
When you log in to the Platform, Sport Tek may install a cookie on the hard disk of your terminal in order to guarantee smooth and optimum browsing on the Platform. Cookies enable us to recognize your computer, tablet or mobile phone for the purpose of personalizing the services we offer via the Platform.
A banner appears at the bottom of your screen when you log in to the Platform to inform you of the use of cookies. You may refuse the installation of cookies on your terminal by configuring your web browser. However, in that case we cannot guarantee you the best functioning of the Platform and we will accept no liability for any consequences tied to the alteration of your browsing conditions on the Platform because you choose to refuse or block the cookies necessary for its smooth running.

The information gathered by means of cookies in no way identifies you by name and is only for the purpose of helping us enhance the performance of the Platform.
In accordance with CNIL recommendations, the cookies strictly necessary for running the Platform are not subject of any prior obligation on your part. However, your express agreement is required prior to the use of cookies issued by third parties, which are subject to the latter’s privacy policies, available for consultation on their websites. These cookies may be web analytics cookies, advertising cookies or even cookies to share social networks.
